ROCK ISLAND STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rock Island. It is a small park with a reported 60 sites to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip lemonade in style. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Rock Island, give the peeps at ROCK ISLAND STATE PARK a call.
