RIO BRAVO is a RV Park in or near the town of Pilar. It is a super miniscule park with a reported 10 rv sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Pilar – instead stop and rest at RIO BRAVO.
