REFUGIO STATE BEACH is a RV Park in or near the town of Goleta. It is a small to medium park with a listed 67 spots to park your RV. This park has no pull thru sites. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Goleta, give the peeps at REFUGIO STATE BEACH a call.
