RANCHO SECO RECREATIONAL AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Herald. It is a very small park with a reported 18 slots to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a very long camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. I am confident that the kind folks at RANCHO SECO RECREATIONAL AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Herald.
