RAGLAND BOTTOM CAMPGROUND (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Smithville. It is a small park with a claimed 57 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Smithville, give the peeps at RAGLAND BOTTOM CAMPGROUND (COE) a call.
