PROPHET RIVER WAYSIDE PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Prophet River. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 40 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Prophet River – instead stop and rest at PROPHET RIVER WAYSIDE PROVINCIAL PARK.
