POMONA STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Vassar. It is a largish park with a listed 142 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Vassar make sure you stop on by the POMONA STATE PARK.
