I totally recommend this park to anyone in the area. It is located on River Road which follows the Mississippi River. The sound of the barges on the water totally rocked me to sleep. All sites are concrete. There is a lot of history in the area. (Plantation homes, Leprosy Colony) Park is about mid way between New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
