PLASKETT CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Big Sur. It is a almost small park with a listed 44 pads to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a large Class A, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style.
