PIKES PEAK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Mcgregor. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 77 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Mcgregor, you might find a great place to stay at PIKES PEAK STATE PARK.
