PERCHA DAM STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Caballo. It is a almost small park with a listed 50 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Caballo, you might find a great place to stay at PERCHA DAM STATE PARK.
