PALO DURO CANYON STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Canyon. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 80 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very long camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Canyon, you might find a great place to stay at PALO DURO CANYON STATE PARK.
