OUR FRIENDS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Lampasas. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 35 slots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your large RV should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Lampasas, give the peeps at OUR FRIENDS CAMPGROUND a call.

Full RV Hook Ups 50 Amp, Pull trough’s and back ins, Tent Camping and tent rentals, Pet friendly, WiFi, 2 Washers, 2 dryers $1.00, Two showers/bath rooms. Movie and book loan outs. Media room available. Tom 817-312-1833 & Leah 512-540-2801 Camp Hosts are very available and present, personable service. Very interesting and original layout, interesting and atractive. $425.00 Utilities included.
True the WiFi is limited by bandwidth but that is because of HughNet being the only internet available out of town. But they loan movies and have a place to watch them.
I have stayed here a month and it has been a great stay. Very quite, very friendly.
