OPTIMISTIC RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Morganton. It is a very small park with a possible 11 pads to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If you ever get near Morganton make sure you stop on by the OPTIMISTIC RV PARK.
