OPEN POND RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Andalusia. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 73 slots to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. If you ever get near Andalusia make sure you stop on by the OPEN POND RECREATION AREA.
