OKANAGAN LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Summerland. It is a largish park with a listed 168 spots to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at OKANAGAN LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Summerland.
