OCHLOCKONEE RIVER STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Sopchoppy. It is a fairly small park with a claimed 30 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your very long camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Sopchoppy, you might find a great place to stay at OCHLOCKONEE RIVER STATE PARK.
