OCEANO DUNES STATE VEHICULAR RECREATIONAL AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Oceano. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 100 slots to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. I am confident that the kind folks at OCEANO DUNES STATE VEHICULAR RECREATIONAL AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Oceano.
