OBSIDIAN CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Bridgeport. It is a very small park with a reported 14 sites to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large RV. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at OBSIDIAN CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Bridgeport.
