OAK MOUNTAIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Pelham. It is a largish park with a possible 145 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Pelham, give the peeps at OAK MOUNTAIN STATE PARK a call.
