NORTH DAKOTA STATE FAIRGROUNDS is a RV Park in or near the town of Minot. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 200 slots to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your large Class A should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at NORTH DAKOTA STATE FAIRGROUNDS would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Minot.
