NORTH CASCADES NATIONAL PARK – COLONIAL CREEK is a RV Park in or near the town of Newhalem. It is a mostly medium park with a reported 76 spots to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Newhalem, give the peeps at NORTH CASCADES NATIONAL PARK – COLONIAL CREEK a call.
