NEHALEM BAY STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Nehalem. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 291 rv sites to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Nehalem – instead stop and rest at NEHALEM BAY STATE PARK.
