MOUND VALLEY RECREATION AREA (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Cherryvale. It is a medium park with a reported 90 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at MOUND VALLEY RECREATION AREA (COE) would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Cherryvale.
