MISTLETOE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Appling. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a reported 92 slots to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. Do not just drive by Appling – instead stop and rest at MISTLETOE STATE PARK.
