MERRISACH LAKE is a RV Park in or near the town of Tichnor. It is a small to medium park with a reported 64 slots to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
