MELVILLE POND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Portsmouth. It is a somewhat large park with a possible 375 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your mansion on wheels should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at MELVILLE POND CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Portsmouth.
