MEADE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Meade. It is a almost small park with a possible 45 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your Motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at MEADE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Meade.
