MCKINNEY FALLS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Austin. It is a medium park with a possible 84 sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your Motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Austin, you might find a great place to stay at MCKINNEY FALLS STATE PARK.
