MCDONALD CREEK PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Nakusp. It is a almost small park with a claimed 46 pads to park your RV. This park has no pull thru sites. If you are driving a mansion on wheels, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
