Marshall’s Landing RV Resort is a Beautiful Waterfront RV Park located between Rockport Beach and Port Aransas Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Our park is on the Estes Flats which flows in from Redfish Bay for some of the best fishing and crabbing on the Texas Coastal Bend.

Our small, elegant park accommodates 12 units all backing up to ocean waters with contiguous polished concrete pads. All sites provide full utility hook-ups which include 30/50 amp plugs at every site, sewer drains, as well as city water. Free wi-fi is accessible throughout the park. We have a small private beach area and a kayak launching area.

The Rockport Area has many attractions such as the Whooping Crane Tours which allow visitors to get up close to the world’s only winter nesting grounds of these endangered birds. Also, the area is home to numerous seafood restaurants, museums, art galleries, and the Aransas Wildlife Refuge.

If you love to fish, you’ve come to the right place. Not only can you fish right from the edge of your RV site, you can kayak out to the bay for a true fishing adventure.

Corpus Christi is just a short 30 minutes away and is home to the Texas State Aquarium and the Lexington Aircraft Carrier Museum. Travel just 10 minutes to the southeast of our park and you can ride the ferry across the channel and land in Port Aransas where you can drive your car right out onto the beach and see the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
