MARKHAM MEADOWS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of East Hampton. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 121 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – 802.11 Wireless Internet is at the park. You will not have to miss the big game since Cable TV is part of this parks offering. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by East Hampton – instead stop and rest at MARKHAM MEADOWS CAMPGROUND.
