LITTLE FARM ON THE RIVER is a RV Park in or near the town of Rising Sun. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a possible 200 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. One of the more civilized services – 802.11 Wireless Internet – is provided by the owners of the park. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Rising Sun, you might find a great place to stay at LITTLE FARM ON THE RIVER.
