LEWIS AND CLARK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rushville. It is a small to medium park with a listed 70 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Rushville – instead stop and rest at LEWIS AND CLARK STATE PARK.
