LAKEWOOD RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Gonzales. It is a very small park with a possible 19 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your Motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Gonzales make sure you stop on by the LAKEWOOD RECREATION AREA.
