LAKESIDE CAMPING AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Island Pond. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a possible 200 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Daddy RV. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. One of the more civilized services – WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Island Pond – instead stop and rest at LAKESIDE CAMPING AREA.
