LAKESIDE BEACH STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Waterport. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 274 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. Do not just drive by Waterport – instead stop and rest at LAKESIDE BEACH STATE PARK.
