LAKE WARAMAUG STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of New Preston. It is a mostly medium park with a reported 77 pads to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. This is the one park you might want to leave behind Rusty since it is not really a pro-animal park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. If you ever get near New Preston make sure you stop on by the LAKE WARAMAUG STATE PARK.
