LAKE WALCOTT STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rupert. It is a somewhat small park with a listed 37 pads to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a large Class A, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Rupert make sure you stop on by the LAKE WALCOTT STATE PARK.
