41 total RV sites (14 of the lots are on Neches River front and Lake Palestine Waterfront), can accommodate RVs up to 60ft, pull-thrus, back-ins, full hookups, 20/30/50 amp, water, sewer, dump station, tents, Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, laundry, phone, picnic tables, BBQ, fire rings, boat ramp, biking, boating, canoeing, fishing, nature watching, hiking, playground, ice, security. Canoe and kayak rentals available. Area Attractions: Close to Tyler and Canton Texas.
Our park is connected directly to a Texas Parks and Wildlife Kayaking Trail and is a great place for beginners and advanced kayakers to get paddling! This trail varies from 1-8 miles in length depending on what “loop” that you take back. You can make it an all day adventure or just enjoy the trail for an hour or two!
Our park is located directly on the Neches River which flows directly into Lake Palestine. You can launch a boat from our park and spend the day out at Lake Palestine fishing, kayaking, tubing, or just anchor and relax. Fisherman can enjoy catching a large variety of fish in these waters such as catfish, crappie, large mouth bass, perch, and more!

Located on the edge of Chandler and 26 miles from Athens. From I-20, take Exit 554 and go south on TX Hwy 49 for approximately 10 miles. Go west on TX Hwy 31 approximately 2 miles, go over bridge and RV park is on the left. From Tyler: take TX Hwy 31 west 10 miles. RV Park is on the left side after the bridge. From Waco: go east 133 miles on TX Hwy 31, park is on the right just before the bridge in Chandler, TX.
