LAKE MINDEN – NACO is a RV Park in or near the town of Nicolaus. It is a largish park with a claimed 162 pads to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your large Class A should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Nicolaus make sure you stop on by the LAKE MINDEN – NACO.
