LAKE MINATARE STATE RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Scottsbluff. It is a almost small park with a possible 50 sites to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your large Class A motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at LAKE MINATARE STATE RECREATION AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Scottsbluff.
