LAKE GRIFFIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Fruitland Park. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 38 pads to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Fruitland Park, you might find a great place to stay at LAKE GRIFFIN STATE PARK.
