LAKE GOGEBIC STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Marenisco. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 127 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your Motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at LAKE GOGEBIC STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Marenisco.
