LAKE FRANCIS RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Dobbins. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a reported 102 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Dobbins – instead stop and rest at LAKE FRANCIS RESORT.
