LAKE FAUSSE POINTE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Saint Martinville. It is a almost small park with a possible 50 spots to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a mansion on wheels, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Saint Martinville, you might find a great place to stay at LAKE FAUSSE POINTE STATE PARK.
