LAKE BOB SANDLIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Pittsburg. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 80 spots to park your RV. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. If you ever get near Pittsburg make sure you stop on by the LAKE BOB SANDLIN STATE PARK.
