LAKE AMADOR RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Ione. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 73 pads to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A motorhome. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at LAKE AMADOR RV PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Ione.
