LACKAWANNA STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Dalton. It is a medium park with a claimed 82 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Motorhome. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Bring your swim trunks this park has access to a pool. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Dalton, you might find a great place to stay at LACKAWANNA STATE PARK.
