KIOWA COUNTY STATE LAKE is a RV Park in or near the town of Greensburg. It is a very small park with a possible 12 slots to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Rig. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Greensburg – instead stop and rest at KIOWA COUNTY STATE LAKE.
